The quiet data speaks: Registry insights that shape ICU performance

Silent trends hidden in registry data can sometimes reveal the most critical threats to patient outcomes and intensive care performance. Quiet drifts in data may often signal trends not immediately visible at the bedside or in the day-to-day operations of the busy intensive care unit. Subtle shifts in outcomes, patterns of practice variation, or creeping inefficiencies may hide in the quiet accumulation of numbers – the signals that whisper change.

Through tracking, comparing and analysing benchmark reports, we are more attuned to the nuances of ICU data and potential causative factors of change.

Join us for this informative ICU registry workshop where you will:

  • Enhance skills and knowledge in monitoring ICU performance through testing your ability to analyse and interpret adult benchmark reports.
  • Discuss and demonstrate strategies in how to present ICU data to hospital executives.
  • Explore factors that affect data quality and risk of death predictions.

Brought to you by the ANZICS Registry Team.
