
We would like to take this opportunity to warmly notify you about the 4th International Conference on Extracorporeal Organ Support (ICEOS), which will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, from 6–9 May 2026.
The 4th ICEOS conference provides a comprehensive review of advances in clinical care, research and technology in critical care medicine not only with a focus on the kidney and continuous renal replacement therapies but also in other extracorporeal organ support techniques like ECMO, hemoadsorption, plasma exchange, ECCO2R, heart failure support devices and many more.
This conference is endorsed by the International Society of Nephrology (ISN), International Society of Critical Care Nephrology (ISCCN) and European Society of Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care (ESPNIC), and is organized in collaboration with the Croatian Society for Extracorporeal Organ Support.
We are honored that one of the most renowned and respected professionals in the field of intensive care and critical care nephrology (John Kellum, Claudio Ronco, Jean-Louis Vincent, Marlies Ostermann, Alexander Zarbock, Sean Bagshaw, Stuart Goldstein, Lui Forni, Thomas Rimmele, Kianoush Kashani and many more) has accepted our invitation and will contribute to the high-quality scientific program.

The participants on the conference can be in person or online (via zoom).
Attendees will get a CME Certificate after paying the registration fee and being present at least on 75% of all lectures during the conference.
