This year, we are holding the ANZPIC Registry Study Day on Monday, 30th September 2024, in Sydney at the Agency for Clinical Innovation, 1 Reserve Rd, St Leonards, NSW.

The purpose of the Study Day is to provide support to the staff at each site who are responsible for the collection and coding of the registry data. The aim is to ensure the quality and consistency of the submitted data by providing a forum for education, discussion of the process and outcomes, and the opportunity to contribute to the future development of the ANZPIC Registry. Participation in the training on this day should also assist in minimizing time for data query resolution and subsequent data cleaning.

The Study Day is free of charge, with lunch provided, and is open to anyone who has involvement with the Registry data. (It is expected that each unit will provide financial support for travel costs for their staff). The meeting will start at 9:30 am and finish at 4:00 pm, and will consist of a combination of practical, informational, and planning sessions.

Past attendees have found the day valuable, allowing them to meet others working throughout Australia and New Zealand in the same field and participating in discussions around coding and data collection.
