We invite patients and their nominated contact persons to tell us about their experience while the patient is receiving care in the intensive care unit (ICU) – The ICU Experience Survey
We also want to find out more on patient’s recovery and general health 3 months after the patient left the ICU – The Patient-Reported Outcomes Survey
